Under the Companies (Amendment) Act No. 12 of 2025, every company in Sri Lanka must tell the Registrar of Companies who its beneficial owners are: the real people who ultimately own or control it.
It applies to all private limited companies, including small and family-run businesses.
Existing companies file BO 05 (authorised person) and BO 07 (beneficial ownership information).
Ownership or control changes must be updated afterwards, so it's an ongoing duty.
The extended deadline for existing companies was 21 October 2026, and the Registrar has since issued a final warning. Companies that haven't filed can face penalties, but you can still file now.
Whatever the filing, the process is the same: one conversation, one fee, and confirmation when it's done.
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your company name and the filing or service you need.
We confirm exactly what's required, the documents we need, and the total fee upfront.
We prepare everything for your review, then submit it, through your own director eROC login where applicable.
You receive proof for your records, and we remind you when the next filing is due.
That's it. Nothing more. We confirm the total before we start, so you always know the cost upfront.

Private limited companies across Sri Lanka, from new startups and family businesses to established companies that want their compliance handled by one team.
Each service has a fixed handling fee, plus any government charges. We confirm the total before we begin. Message us on WhatsApp for a quote for your company.

Yes, you can still file now, and the sooner the better. The Registrar has issued a final warning to companies that haven't submitted their BO information, and late filers can face penalties.

For each beneficial owner: full name as in NIC or passport, NIC or passport number, nationality and date of birth, residential address, and how they own or control the company (for example, % of shares or voting rights).
Your documents are shared only with the people preparing your filing, stored securely, and used solely for your company's compliance work.
